1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Remix District, you agree to these Terms and the policies that apply to the features you use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Buyer accounts may be created directly; seller access is subject to the platform's seller requirements.

3. Marketplace

Remix District is a marketplace and discovery platform for DJ-focused digital releases including remixes, mashups, DJ tools, extended edits, redrums, packs, and other supported material. Catalog availability and features may change over time.

4. Purchases & downloads

Purchases become available after successful payment confirmation. Purchased files remain associated with the buyer account subject to applicable download and account rules. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright ownership or automatically grant third-party public-performance, synchronization, broadcasting, or similar rights.

5. Sellers

Sellers must maintain accurate profiles and release information and comply with upload, quality, marketplace, and exclusivity rules applicable to their seller tier. Published audio may be locked while supported metadata remains editable.

6. Seller earnings & fees

Seller earnings are calculated using the commission structure shown by Remix District. Applicable taxes and third-party payment fees may be deducted where stated. Settlement and withdrawal information shown in the seller dashboard forms part of the current operational rules.

7. Seller content & rights

Sellers represent that they have the rights, permissions, licenses, or other lawful basis necessary to upload and distribute content they submit. Sellers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their catalog.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass marketplace controls.
• Uploading material you are not authorized to distribute.
• Malicious files, unauthorized access, disruptive automation, or platform abuse.
• Impersonation, spam, deceptive listings, or intentionally misleading metadata.
• Redistributing or reselling purchased files in violation of applicable rights or platform rules.

9. Copyright complaints

Rights holders can submit copyright reports directly through the Copyright & DMCA page. Remix District may restrict disputed content during review and may take action against repeated infringement.

10. Moderation & enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend seller privileges, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, protect users or rights holders, or comply with law.

11. Platform availability

Remix District may perform maintenance, change features, or experience service interruptions. We work to preserve order and download integrity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as the marketplace evolves. The current version and last-updated date will be displayed on this page.
