How do I become a Seller on Remix District?

Simply create a free account and register as a Creator. Once your account is approved, you can start uploading and selling your releases.

What are the differences between the Regular and Exclusive Creator plans?
Regular Creators earn 70% of every sale, while Exclusive Creators earn 80% (before applicable taxes and merchant processing fees). Exclusive Creators must distribute their releases exclusively through Remix District and may not sell the same releases on other marketplaces.
How are my earnings calculated?
Your earnings are automatically calculated after every successful order. The payout amount depends on your Creator plan and the payment method used by the customer.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Payouts are processed weekly. All sales made from Monday to Sunday are settled the following Monday at 12:00 PM. Once your earnings have been settled, you can request a withdrawal from your Creator Dashboard. Approved payouts are sent to your nominated bank account within the same day.
What payment methods affect my payout?
Your payout may vary depending on the customer's payment method, as different payment providers charge different processing fees. Your Creator Dashboard will always display the exact payout amount and a complete earnings breakdown for every sale.
What file formats and upload requirements are accepted?
Sellers must upload high-quality MP3 files for every release. Album artwork is optional. Before publishing, make sure all required metadata is completed accurately.
How long does it take for my releases to be published?
Your release is published instantly. Once your upload is complete, simply click Publish, and it will appear on the marketplace immediately.
Can I edit or replace a release after it has been published?
Yes. You can edit your release metadata at any time after publishing. However, the audio file is locked once the release is published. If you need to replace the audio, you'll need to delete the release and upload it again.
What happens if my release violates copyright or marketplace policies?
Releases that violate copyright or our marketplace policies may be removed without prior notice. Accounts with repeated violations may be suspended or permanently terminated.
Where can I track my sales, earnings, and payout history?
You can track your sales, earnings, payout history, and detailed payout breakdowns anytime from your Creator Dashboard.
